This being my first experience as Plan Managed NDIS funding I had no idea what to expect from a plan manager, to say I'm very pleased with my experience with Pure Plan Management is an understatement, I always feel heard and understood, I have had good, clear communication from Darren and Imbi along with prompt processing of all my invoices, to the extent of receiving calls out of usual business hours if my query seemed urgent enough to not wait till next business day, of which impressed and pleased me, I'm exceptionally happy with the way Darren manages my valuable NDIS funding
